Visiting Sequoia National Park

     My family and I  went to Sequoia National  Park on Labor Day weekend . I walked around and saw many sequoia trees in the parks.  I had fun playing with the sequoia tree. I hugged it and poked around the trunk with a stick.  At last, I found the General Sherman Tree, the largest tree in the world. It's giant! Many people waited in the long line to take a picture with it, and  I took a picture, too.     It's fun to explore the Sequoia National Park. 

The Healthy Salmon Dish

 I cooked salmon in the air fryer in the last week of the school yea r. The salmon is healthy. It has rich protein and omega-3  fatty acids in salmon.   The air-fried salmon is crunchy outside and juicy inside.  It is very delicious. I enjoyed making the salmon dish. 

My Friend Visits

My friend Selina visited me at the Palazzo on  Friday during her information session.    I was so happy to see her and even took a photo with her. What great memories I  had with my friend Selina. I enjoyed hanging out with my friend Selina at the Palazzo.        

Having Fun at the Car Show

On Saturday, I went  to   downtown Clovis for the car show.  I found many beautiful vintage cars on the streets. Some are rusty, some are old, and some are new. They are classic and elegant.   I walked around, and I saw very cool motorcycles on the streets.  The car show featured a live band playing music. I enjoyed talking with my friend while  I walked around downtown.   I  bought a soda to drink on a hot summer day.   I enjoyed going to the car show activities.

Ratatouille

I made a ratatouille dish, which contained all the vegetables. First, I made the sauce using the cashed tomatoes and added the basil.  I cooked the sauce in the pan on the stove. Next, I added the eggplant and zucchini to the tomato sauce and then the tomato slices.  And I baked the ratatouille dish in the oven.    After baking the dish, I sprinkled some cheese on it. It was done perfectly, and it was delicious. I enjoy eating the ratatouille dish and cooking it. And    I will make the ratatouille dish again.    

My Favorite Salads

     I eat a salad every day. My favorite was the sweet rainbow chilies salad, and I enjoyed eating and making it.    I also made the poached egg salad with all the nuts and sesame dressing. It was delicious and is also my favorite. I enjoyed my  healthy  meals. I will make my favorite healthy salads again in the future, and I'm proud of them.    

Sauerkraut Fish Soup

On Saturday,  I made a sauerkraut fish soup for dinner. It is very easy to make. First, I cut the fish into pieces and placed them into a bow. Next, I boiled the pot of water. Then, I put the fish pieces into the hot water and boiled them for 5 minutes. Last, I added the sauerkraut to the soup. Done! The fish was fresh and tender. The sauerkraut imparted a subtle crispness and added a slightly sour flavor to the soup. The soup is very hearty and delicious. I enjoyed drinking the soup and eating the fish.  I am proud of myself for making the sauerkraut fish soup.
