Pork Sausage Cottage Pie


Today I tried pork sausage cottage pie, a dish originally came from the United Kingdom. 


First, I washed the potatoes and diced them into pieces. I also striped the thyme leaves.


Next, I cooked the potatoes in salt water. Then, I mashed the potatoes with sour cream and butter.



After I cooked the vegetables and seasoned them with salt and pepper, I removed the sausage casing and mixed vegetables with sausage as a filling.



Finally, I topped the sausage filling with mashed potatoes and broiled it until browned.



It's savory and tasty. Success!
