One-pot Creamy Lemon-Dill Chicken Soup

This soup is very creamy and delicious. 



I poached the chicken in saltwater.




I chopped carrots, celery, garlic, and scallions. 
I zested the lemon and quartered it.



I cooked the vegetables in a pot. Then I stirred in water, couscous, and stock concentrates.  

                               


I  shredded the chicken into pieces and put it in the soup.



I stirred in scallion greens, creme fraiche, lemon zest, and juice from half the lemon. And I seasoned it with salt and pepper.



I divide the soup between bowls. I garnish it with dill on the soup.


Serve and enjoy.
