Delicious Butter Chicken

Image
My friend Nikki and I looked up a butter chicken recipe on Pinterest.   And we went to Walmart to gather all the ingredients for the butter chicken recipe. We bought a canned tomato puree and butter chicken seasoning mix. First, I cut the chicken into cubes. Second, I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, with a butter chicken seasoning packet. Next, I cooked the chicken in the pan with the sauce. Then, I made the butter chicken sauce using Greek yogurt, canned tomato puree, and a butter chicken seasoning mix.  All in all, my friend Nikki helped me cook the rice in the microwave. I had delicious butter chicken for lunch.

Cheesy Meat and Potato Casserole

Image
Last Friday, I made the cheesy meat-and-potato casserole with my friend Nikki. First, we looked up casserole recipes on Pinterest. Then we went to Walmart and bought all the ingredients for this dish.   After we got back to my apartment, we started to cook together.  First, I sliced the potatoes thinly and put them in a bowl for  use later. Nikki  chopped some onions into small cubes. Second, I cooked the ground beef.  Then, I added the onion to the beef. Last, I put the potatoes on top of the ground meat and added cheese. All in all, I put the pan in the oven to bake it. Finally, the casserole came out hot, creamy, and comforting, with a golden cheesy crust. It smelled rich and savory. It's so delicious!  I had fun cooking with my friend Nikki.

First, I chopped some onions and mixed them with the ground beef. I cooked the mixture with salt and pepper.  Second, I opened a can of vegetables, poured them into the bowl, and drained all the liquid. Then I grabbed a cup of cheese and cooked rice, and combined all the above ingredients to make the filling. Next, I cut off the top of a bell pepper to remove all the seeds.     All in all, I added all the ingredients to the bell peppers and then topped the inside of the rainbow bell pepper with cheese.            Lastly, I baked the bell peppers in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes. The cheese turned golden brown, the filling was rich, and the bell peppers were so juicy! I enjoyed my delicious stuffed red bell pepper. I drank non-alcoholic beer with my meal, and my whole fam...
