Mexican Pork Rind Soup

Last week, I made the pork rind soup with kimchi.  I learned how to cook it from a YouTube video. 

    


First, I cooked the ground pork in the pan with my spatula on the stove. Next, I added the pork rind and kimchi to the pan and let my soup simmer on medium heat. Finally, I put my soup into my bowl and enjoyed it.


It's a little bit sour and spicy, very tasty. The pork rind is chewy and full of collagen. It's a delicious Mexican soup.


I would highly recommend it to my family and my friends.
