Fully Loaded Pork Taquitos
Today I made a tasty Mexican dish.
I washed, peeled, thinly sliced, and minced the onion.
I cooked the pork filling with the onion, southwest spice, and Tex-Mex paste.
I assembled the taquitos with the pork filling and baked the taquitos in the oven.
The taquitos were fresh and crispy out of the oven.
I made pico de gallo with minced onion, lime zest, lime juice, and diced tomato.
Finally, I topped the taquitos with pico de gallo and creamy guacamole and served them.
No wonder it is so tasty. The secret fillings win! You wrapped them so neat and pretty.
