One-Pan Turkey & Pineapple Tacos
I made a new dish called one-pan turkey and pineapple tacos.
I washed radishes, lime, and onion.
I thinly sliced the radishes, zested and quartered the lime, and peeled and thinly sliced the onion.
I drained the pineapple, reserved the juice, and caramelized the pineapple in the pan.
I made pickled radish with lime juice.
I cooked the turkey with onion and pineapple and seasoned it with salt and pepper. I added southwest spice and Tex-Mex paste.
I made the sauce with sour cream with lime juice.
I warmed the tortillas in the microwave and put the meat filling, lime crema, and pickled veggies in them.
Finally, I sprinkled the cilantro leaves over the tacos and served them.
I love how you plated the dish, there's white, green, red, brown, yellow, and blue. So pretty and colorful.
