Simple Vegetable Korma Bowl

Have you ever had a vegetable korma bowl? I made a simple vegetable korma bowl with my friend Nikki. It's very easy to make.

I chopped all the vegetables, including red bell pepper, white cauliflower, and purple onion, while Nikki helped me defrost the green peas. I combined everything in a metal bowl, added plain yogurt for marination, and included tikka masala spice in the mix.

I then mixed the vegetables by hand to coat them evenly with the sauce, cooked them, and added korma sauce to the pan. Nikki helped with cooking the onion in the metal pot, and I let the vegetables simmer on the stove. Afterwards, I transferred all the korma vegetables into my bowl. The vegetable korma turned out very delicious, flavorful, creamy, and tasty. I enjoyed eating my simple vegetable korma bowl for dinner and saved the leftovers for lunch the next day. And I appreciated making it with Nikki.
