First-Time Enchiladas Success
First, I cooked the ground pork. Next, we made the enchilada sauce, poured it into the baking pan, and spread it evenly. Then we assembled the tortillas with meat and cheese. We made all the enchiladas, added more cheese on top, and put them in the glass baking pan. Finally, we placed it in the oven and baked it.
After baking, the cheese was golden and gooey. The enchiladas were savory and very delicious. I ate two cheesy enchiladas for dinner. I saved others to enjoy later. I felt it was very easy to make. It was totally successful!
