Stir-Fried Garlic Stems with Pork

The garlic stems are a unique and popular vegetable in China, but they are rare in America. Last Friday, I cooked a traditional Chinese dish with green garlic stems and ground pork.

First, I cooked the ground pork in a pan on the stove, then added all the green garlic stems and cooked them until they were soft and tender. At last, I added a little salt to it to maintain its original flavor.

The green garlic stem dish was so delicious with the pork that I made a very tasty lunch. I enjoyed eating the green garlic stems; they were very savory and flavorful in my bowl.
